Request a room on the upper floor for a quieter experience, as noise travels easily in lower levels due to the busy local traffic.

The location beside the river provided a stunning view, especially in the morning light. A hot tub and pool added to the experience, and the breakfast selection was generous and enjoyable. However, renovation noise was noticeable during my stay, and parking was limited, which could be inconvenient. Despite the excellent hospitality, the room had some plumbing issues that detracted from the comfort.

Stunning views and comfy beds
Waking up to the beautiful view of the river was the highlight of our stay. The room was spacious and had a lovely balcony where we could relax at sunset. Breakfast offered a delightful array of hot and cold options, fueling our adventures each day.
However, the hot tub was not well-maintained, appearing somewhat cloudy, which was disappointing. Additionally, we encountered some minor cleanliness issues in the bathroom that dampened our overall experience.

The location being close to downtown but not
directly in it was a plus for us. The bed was super comfy and front desk staff was very friendly. Free parking was available, although it was full the night we arrived. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.

Had a great time with friends! The location is perfect for enjoying nature trails with panoramic views. The room was clean and offered internet access. We had access to the hot tub and pool, which were clean and relaxing after a long day of hiking. A definite highlight was the comfortable beds!
One downside was the breakfast options. They were pretty limited, especially for those looking for more variety. Could use some improvements here!

We enjoyed our stay, especially with the kids. The location is fantastic, as we explored the lovely nature trails right by the hotel and appreciated the warm pool. The breakfast was an excellent start to our day before heading out for family activities.
My kids wished there were more kid-friendly food options at breakfast.

Had a lovely time here! The indoor pool was cozy and the outdoor patio by the river was the perfect spot to unwind after a long day. Just a heads up, the bathroom was a bit tight but otherwise everything was great. 😊

Just a decent option for a short visit in Kamloops with reasonable value. The shower had plumbing issues, making it frustrating to use. Bring your own snacks, as the breakfast options aren’t great.
